Change wet and soiled diapers promptly, cleansing the diaper area and allowing to dry. Apply cream liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, and especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. Pediatrician Tip: don't for the creases where hip meets thigh! Store at room temperature.
