If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you'll have 30 days to return for a full refund. Return shipping is on us! Contact CustomerCare@proudly.com to start the return process.

When will I receive my order?

Packages are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days with FedEx 2-day and 2-7 business days with FedEx Standard shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.

If a delivery has been shown as delivered and you have not received it to your home, you have 3 business days to contact customercare@proudly.com for a replacement order. You may be asked to contact the delivery service for support depending on the situation

Where are your products made?

Our skin care products are made in the United States with thoughtfully sourced global materials. Our Gentle Care Baby Wipes are responsibly made in China with 100% FSC-certified biodegradable fibers.

What are the PROUDLY product development standards?

At PROUDLY, we are the first baby care brand to fully commit to focusing on the needs of melanated skin. Each product is developed to serve a need for melanated babies with ingredients thoughtfully studied and selected by a dermatologist of color. We are making sure to include Extra-Special Stuff for Extra-Special Skin™ like moisturizing, non-harsh, plant-based ingredients and we do our research to make sure there’s absolutely No Sketchy Stuff!™—ever. We don’t compromise—we design trusted products with good manufacturing practices that work and test each and every product for the highest standards of safety and efficacy. And we will constantly monitor, learn, and implement improvements when necessary—we’re constantly growing, just like you and your littlest loves.

Are PROUDLY products hypoallergenic?

Our products have undergone clinical testing and are designated clinically proven hypoallergenic.

Are your products tested on animals?

Do PROUDLY products contain preservatives?

Some ingredients are necessary to keep the formula well-mixed and prevent bacteria and other nasties from growing. Some preservatives should never be used in a baby product—and we never use those. Others, when thoughtfully used at low concentrations help make sure the product is effective, stable while you are using it, and antimicrobial—basically making sure it works. And, of course, our Dermatology Director Dr. Boakye has thoughtfully studied and selected each and every ingredient because the well-being of our littlest loves is most important

Are PROUDLY products fragranced?

Products with fragrance, like the Gentle Baby Wash and Hydrating Baby Lotion, leverage natural, plant-powered ingredients at concentrations less than 1%, creating a sensory experience that is gentle for babies with sensitive skin. PROUDLY products do not contain synthetic fragrances and the following products are free of any added fragrance: All Over Balm, Nourishing Oil, and Gentle Touch Baby Wipes.

Can children with sensitive skin or eczema use PROUDLY products?

PROUDLY products have been formulated for melanated children, also taking into consideration common concerns for melanated skin, like dryness, eczema, cradle cap, or acne. PROUDLY products are co-designed with our Dermatology Director, Dr. Boakye, who thoughtfully studied and selected each ingredient in PROUDLY products. She paid special attention to potential contact allergens, either avoiding them entirely or ensuring a low concentration to avoid potential triggers. As with any new product for concerned parents of children with sensitive skin, it is recommended to patch test products on a location like the inside of the elbow to test prior to general application. If your child has a skin reaction, it is recommended to stop use of all products and contact your healthcare provider immediately.

I see a white spots toward the top of the Gentle Baby Wash bottle. What is that?

Some users may see a slight separation of ingredients over time or with temperature fluctuations in storage resulting in the white spots toward the top of the bottle. PROUDLY products are developed with gentle ingredients and we avoid adding strong emulsifiers used to keep the formula mixed because these can be more harsh on melanated baby skin. This separation does not impact the safety of the product. Shake the bottle vigorously for 5-10 seconds and it will mix in again. 

I noticed the Gentle Baby Wash takes several pumps to feel like it is foaming. Why is that?

Many of the ingredients that make soaps and shampoos suds up can be drying and strip skin of its natural moisture. Since it is especially important for melanated skin to not be stripped of its natural moisture, we formulated our Gentle Baby Wash to be a light foaming wash, gentle for baby's delicate, melanated skin. We recommend wetting a soft wash cloth with warm water, adding 2-3 pumps of wash, rubbing the washcloth together to create a light foam and washing your child. Though the foaming is intentionally light, it is still cleansing. The soft washcloth is important and helps with exfoliation.

Are PROUDLY Soft & Absorbent Diapers biodegradable?

PROUDLY Soft & Absorbent Diapers are thoughtfully designed with premium materials for superior performance. Our super absorbent core is made with biodegradable, sustainably sourced wood pulp resulting in a diaper that is about 35% biodegradable. No disposable diaper is 100% biodegradable as it is important to make sure the product is functional and effective. At PROUDLY, we thoughtfully design our products to have premium quality, functional designs, at affordable prices while making more sustainable choices when possible.

What materials are used in PROUDLY Soft & Absorbent Diapers?

PROUDLY Soft & Absorbent Diapers are thoughtfully designed non-toxic with premium, safe for baby materials and absolutely No Sketchy Stuff™—ever. Materials include the following: sustainably-sourced and biodegradable wood pulp, sodium polyacrylate, shea butter, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, calcium carbonate, spandex/elastane fiber, non-toxic adhesives, and non-toxic ink (for our adorable print).

Are PROUDLY products tear-free?

Our Gentle Baby Wash is tested tear-free, but like any wash, should be rinsed immediately to avoid prolonged exposure to surfactants. Even the most gentle surfactant can potentially be irritating if left on too long. For any product that accidentally makes direct eye contact and causes discomfort, it is recommended to flush with water immediately for as much as 15-20 minutes. And of course, reach out to your healthcare professional.

Who are melanated babies? What is melanated skin?

Since 2015, the scales tipped and 50.2% of children under 5 years of age were born to at least one parent of color—these are melanated babies, the new majority (U.S. Census). Melanated skin has higher concentrations of melanin and can vary across a broad range of skin tones and ethnicities, from African American, to Latin and South American, South and Southeast Asian, Pacific Islander and Native, and Middle Eastern and North African.

Can PROUDLY be used for the entire family?

PROUDLY products are formulated to be safe and effective on melanated babies’ delicate skin, but can also be used and loved by the entire family.

Can non-melanated children use PROUDLY products

PROUDLY products are thoughtfully designed for the unique needs of melanated skin, prioritizing cleaner, moisturizing, non-stripping, plant-based ingredients. While not specifically formulated for non-melanated people, these products can also be used on non-melanated skin.

What size do I get for my littlest love if they’re in-between sizes?

If your littlest love’s weight falls into two size options, we recommend sizing up. For example, if your baby is 13lbs, they may be size 1 (range 8-14lbs) or size 2 (range 12-18lbs). We recommend selecting size 2—they grow fast! Please see sizing chart here.

How many diapers and wipes come in a Diaper & Wipes Subscription?

Each subscription contains 6 packs of Soft & Absorbent Diapers and 3 packs of 56-count Gentle Touch Baby Wipes. The total quantity of wipes is 168. The total quantity of diapers in each pack varies by size selected. Please see chart here for exact diaper quantities.

How does a Diapers & Wipes Subscription work?

We'll send you an email each month, a few days before we charge you and ship your next Diapers & Wipes bundle to confirm or update your order. Plus, you're free to swap sizes, update your frequency, or cancel at any time, right from your account page.

Can I customize my Diapers & Wipes Subscription?

Unfortunately, at this time we’re unable to accommodate mix and match sizes and adding other products to this subscription. Remember to subscribe to our marketing emails for product updates and new site features!

Can I order diapers without having a bundle subscription?

Absolutely! Please visit our Soft & Absorbent Diapers to purchase single-pack diapers for $9.99 each.

Can I skip a bundle?

Yes! Sign in to your PROUDLY account, click "manage subscriptions,” and select your upcoming order. To edit the date, click "order date”. A calendar will pop up with two options: 1. Select a New Date or 2. Skip this Delivery. Your next bundle will ship again on the date that you select.
