PROUDLY x Dollar General Diaper Giveaway – Official Rules

PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The PROUDLY x Dollar General Diaper Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older. Employees of PROUDLY, Dollar General, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on February 19, 2025. and ends on March 1, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

STEP 1: PURCHASE PROUDLY DIAPERS

Buy a pack of PROUDLY diapers at a participating Dollar General store during the Giveaway period.

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

Email diapercontest@proudly.com with:
- Your full name
- A clear photo or copy of your Dollar General receipt as proof of purchase
- Your Instagram Handle (if submitting for a BONUS ENTRY)

BONUS ENTRY: Increase your chances by sharing on social!

Post a picture of your PROUDLY diaper purchase on Instagram or Facebook.
Tag @Proudly and @DollarGeneral in your post.
Your account must be public for verification.

4. WINNER SELECTION & PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a free monthly subscription of PROUDLY diapers for one year (valued at $576).
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and notified via email.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or another winner may be selected.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Proof of purchase is required for entry. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
By entering, participants grant PROUDLY and Dollar General permission to use their name and image in promotional materials.
